Osinachi Joseph (née Kalu popularly known by the stage name “Sinach”, is a Nigerian-born gospel music singer, songwriter, and senior worship leader at Christ Embassy.
On 7th March 2019, Sinach became the first Gospel singer from Nigeria to garner over 100 million views on a single music video on YouTube, and the third Nigerian to achieve that feat, next to Davido and Yemi Alade, who achieved the same feat in December 2018.
She achieved this with her song, “Way Maker”.
“Way Maker” has been covered by prominent foreign Christian artists such as Michael W. Smith, Leeland, Bethel Music, and Mandisa. In September 2019, Sinach became the first Gospel Artist from Africa to tour India, headlining concerts with several thousand in attendance.

2. Ada Ehi
Ada Ogochukwu Ehi is a Gospel singer, Songwriter, Recording, and Performing artist. Ada Ogochukwu Ehi is simply known by her stage name Ada Ehi and was born in the early ’80s.
She is married to Moses Ehi, an entrepreneur, and CEO of FreeNation/SoundCode Studios and they have a daughter named Emma-Jane.
Minister Ada Ehi backs a degree in Chemical & Polymer Engineering from Lagos State University where she joined the Believers Loveworld Campus Fellowship. Joining the Christ Embassy Choir, she has been actively involved in the Music Ministry of Christ Embassy.

3. Tope Alabi
Tope Alabi is one of Nigeria’s most celebrated gospel ministers. Her soulful songs are a replica of what God can do through music especially the way and manner she eulogizes God through the Yoruba language. She’s lyrical and skillful in worship.
Her full name is Patricia Temitope Alabi. She was born in Lagos State, but her state of origin is Yewa, Imeko, in Ogun State. She was born into the family of Joseph Akinyele Obayomi and Agnes Kehinde Obayomi and was the only daughter among her siblings – she has two brothers.
The singer received her basic primary and secondary education in Ibadan, at the Akinyele Memorial High School. She then obtained her WAEC Certificate in 1986. Then, she went on to study at the Polytechnic University in Ibadan, where she received a degree in Mass Communication in 1990.
Between 1982 and 1984, she discovered her interest in music and drama. She joined the group called “Jesters International”, who trained her and gave her the drama experience.
On 21 May 2019, Nigerians on Twitter crowned Tope Alabi the queen of Yoruba language as a result of a competition by the United Bank for Africa on their 70th-anniversary celebration.
Her single You Are Worthy has amassed over 2 million streams, Yes And Amen have 3 over million streams while the Yes And Amen album has over 10 million streams. Cumulatively, Tope Alabi as an artiste has more than 20 million streams on Boomplay. This is a testament to her reach and connection to millions of listeners who are daily inspired by her music.

4. Mercy Chinwo
Mercy Chinwo’s full Name is Mercy Nnenda Chinwo. The contemporary and wave-making sensational gospel singer/ songwriter hail from Nigeria, Rivers State, Port Harcourt.
The journey of the sensational and most viewed artist in 2020 started from her birthday, 5th September 1990 into a family of six and she happens to be the first daughter of her parents.
She is the fourth child and first daughter of five children. Mercy Chinwo’s father checked out to the great beyond where immortals dwell. The mother is currently the only surviving biological parent of the sensational gospel minister.
She started as a Church chorister where she evolved and sustained the vocals to intrigue and thrill the Nigerian Gospel industry and abroad. She backed her first award after winning the prestigious Nigerian talent show termed Nigerian Idol season 2 in 2012.

T.Y. Bello is one of the best female gospel singers in Nigeria. She rose to fame in the early 2000s. She has built a strong passion and brand as one of Nigeria’s most sought-after photographers and fashionistas.
T.Y. Bello is married to Kashetu Bello, and they gave birth to twin boys named Christian and Christopher.
Her unwavering passion for photography is shown in her stylish and captivating photos. Indeed she has the unique distinction of having photographed three sitting Nigerian Presidents including President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the former President of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria.

Onos Ariya is one of Nigeria’s most sought-after gospel music beacons. Lara George is a prestigious Nigerian gospel artiste with tons of awards. Her online presence is still strong after so many years of gracing the music scene.
ara George was born on 22 June into the family of Oluwole Bajomo in Lagos State, the administrative division of Nigeria. Lara began her music career at the University of Lagos, where she joined the campus fellowship choir. She was a member of the disbanded musical group Kush. She’s popularly known for her viral anthem”Ijoba Orun” which was released in 2008.
George has performed in various notable events including the GreenBelt Festival UK (as part of KUSH), one of Africa’s largest musical concerts with an attendance of over 500,000 people- The Experience- alongside notable gospel artistes such as Ron Kenoly, Bebe, Cece Winans, Micah Stampley, Don Moen, and Mary Mary.

he was born in February in Abia State, Nigeria. She was born into Nze Euzebius Chuwuamaeze Ebizie, Omeokachie 1 Of Amanator & Lolo Dorathy Ebiziz Of Ogboza Commnity, In Imo State, Nigeria.
She is Married to Evangelist Callistus Okwuoha and their marriage is blessed with wonderful Children.

9. Bukola Bekes
Olubukunola Bekes s born and brought up in Lagos, South West, Nigeria. Not much has been documented about her primary, secondary and tertiary education. She is a keen member of the Redeemed Christian Church overseeds by Pastor E. A. Adeboye.
As a youngster, her unwavering attachment for singing and praising God became evident. She was always around the things of God. Bukola Bekes Is currently the head of the Choir of Redeemed Christian Church Of God.
Minister Bukola Bekes is an interesting personality, jovial, and entertaining as she always shares throwback photos of her little beginning as a young minister. She is currently married to Damilola that happens to be a saxophonist. Together grace programs and bless lies with their unique singing style.
Sometimes, Bukola is fondly referred to as “Olorikokoro”, which means “Master Key”. The reason for this nickname is the Holy Ghost Congress, which took place in 2005 and was tagged “The Master Key”. At this Congress, Bukola Bekes composed the theme song and led the choir. She actually wrote two theme songs, one is in English and another in the Yoruba language. Since then, many friends and Nigerians have referred to her by this nickname.
She has also shared the stage with such prominent personalities as Pastor Kunle Ajayi, Brian Cage, Kirk Franklin, Ron Kennelly, Sammy Okposo, Mike Aremu, and many others.

10, Bola Are
Minister Bola Are is one of the pioneers of gospel music in Nigeria. She is the former President of the Gospel Musicians in Nigeria. Her impeccable and consecrated single is still relevant even to this day.
Bola began her primary education at Christ Apostolic Church School in her hometown and her secondary education at Christ Apostolic Church Grammar School at Efon Alaye in Ekiti State before furthered to the Polyrthenic, Ibadan. She obtained a diploma certificate in Accounting at Polytechnic Ibadan.
Minister Bola Are is married to Pastor J. O Are and together they are blessed with children. Fortunately, her children happen to be dedicated gospel singers one of which is Yetunde Are. Bola Are marked her 48 years on stage on October 5, 2021.
She started singing quite early, particularly at age two. Her parents told her she started singing a few days before her first birthday.
Evangelist Bola Are as she’s usually called established her first music band called Bola and Her Spiritual Singers in June 1973. And In August 1977, she released her first musical album Baba Ku Ise. As of 2014, Evangelist Bola Are had released over seventy albums.
