When is money the root of evil?

Money is the root of evil when you allow it to control your psyche and behavioral pattern. I’m not saying as a Christian you shouldn’t engage in profitable deals that will fetch money. But be prudent to watch out for the negative influence of money.

As a Christian, you must always exact balance and moderation in your pursuit of wealth. Ironically, when you go after money with obsession, you are exposed to all kinds of socio vices like theft or slander, larceny, and imprisonment.

Wake up to the realities of life, money can be likened to eating, when you eat excessively heart disease and stroke is always the end. Yes, everyone knows you need money, me too but don’t allow money to come in between your service for God.

Are you already influenced by this habit? Are you looking for cogent characteristics to authenticate if you are addicted to money?

Jesus’ teachings: Money is a god

Jesus confirmed and affirmed publicly that money is a god. Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.  He, however, enumerated that you can only hate one and love the other. Any conscious or unconscious efforts to love one over the other it automatically becomes a god.

Question for you, do you want to serve two gods?

It’s rebellious to love money over God. He will always regard you as an enemy for the rest of your life if you don’t repent.

Trust me; poverty will feast on you if you don’t desist from it.

Matthew 8:33 affirms that seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all other things shall be added on unto you.

The formula for poverty alleviation is not pursuit after money, but pursuit after God.  It means the easiest for the attainment of success in all ramifications depends on your relationship with Him.

If you are obsessed with money the solution is to seek the kingdom of God first and allow God to take care of the rest.

Guess what I made some very healthy steps and sample prayers you need to revive or repent now!

In conclusion
