So, some companies carried out a study to determine the best time to post on Instagram but were, however, limited by the difference in time zone from country to country.
According to Influencers Marketing Hub, some studies suggest that;
- HubSpot – between 2 PM and 3 PM – Thursday the best day
- Sprout Social – Wednesday at 11 AM and Friday at 10–11 AM
- Expert Voice – Wednesday: 11 AM and 3 PM (doesn’t specify time zone)
- Later – 9 AM-11 AM EST
Considering the difference in time zone, my advice is, post on a consistent schedule if you are looking to get more followers and increase your engagement.
